We provide a rail companion, not a train service or ticket booking service. Check official station information, choose your friends carefully, and keep control of your device permissions. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.
1. Who we are & these terms
Train Track & Alarm and this website are operated by OK LETS GO LTD (we, us or our). Contact us at really@dilligaf.fyi.
OK LETS GO LTDRegistered in England and Wales · Company number 1750374071–75 Shelton Street, Covent GardenLondon WC2H 9JQ, United KingdomThese Terms apply when you access our website or use the app and its connected features. Please read them before using the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to agree to them, or involve a parent or guardian where required by law, and meet the applicable Apple account and App Store requirements.
The app licence is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a different licence is expressly supplied with your download. These Terms provide the product-specific rules for our website and connected services. They supplement our company terms; these product-specific terms take priority for Train Track & Alarm where they conflict. Nothing here overrides rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Device permission prompts and privacy choices are separate from accepting these Terms.
2. The rail companion
The app helps you find and save journeys, follow railway updates, connect with friends, record your travel and set destination alarms. Live information currently covers National Rail services in Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. Features depend on your app version, device, operating system, permissions, connection and available railway data.
We are not a train operator, station operator, travel agent or ticket retailer. The app does not issue a ticket or establish your right to board. Booking, refunds, passenger assistance and Delay Repay claims belong with the relevant operator or retailer.
Railway information can be late, missing, incorrect or changed at short notice. Platform numbers are shown only when available and may change. A train’s last reported station is not a continuous position and does not confirm that a passenger is on board. Manually entered journeys show your scheduled information rather than verified live running data.
Check station displays, announcements and instructions from railway staff before boarding or changing trains. We do not promise that an update or alert will reach you before an operator’s announcement, or that using the app will prevent a missed train or stop.
3. Accounts & Friends
Finding trains, keeping a local journal and using arrival alarms do not require a Friends account. Friends uses Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple account and device secure, use accurate profile information, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accepting a friend request automatically shares your saved upcoming and active journeys in both directions. This includes relevant journeys already saved before you connected and journeys you save later while signed in. Friends can see your display name, preset avatar, journey stations and times, and available train updates. Your phone’s GPS position, recorded GPS routes, private notes and completed journal history are not shared through Friends.
Only accept people you trust with your travel plans. A signed-in person with your friend code or profile link can view your name and avatar and send a request; a pending request does not give them access to your journeys.
Remove a friend to end mutual server access. Remove a saved journey while online to stop that journey’s sharing when your phone synchronises. Signing out alone does not withdraw trips already shared. Details already seen, copied or temporarily cached in notifications or offline widgets may remain outside our control. See privacy choices for instructions.
Do not misuse another person’s train details, share their information without authority, impersonate anyone, send unwanted repeated requests, harass or monitor someone unlawfully. Report abuse to really@dilligaf.fyi.
4. Alarms, widgets & device settings
Arrival alarms use your iPhone’s location independently of the railway feed. Background operation requires the relevant location and alarm permissions. GPS reception, battery, system scheduling and other settings affect whether and when an alarm sounds. You are responsible for choosing the correct destination and radius and checking that the alarm is armed.
Use alarms as a travel aid, rather than the only way of knowing when to leave a train. Train notifications, widgets and Live Activities may update at different times or display an older snapshot. They are not an emergency service or a way to verify someone’s safety.
Widgets, notifications and Live Activities can display journey details and a friend’s name to anyone who can see your screen. Set your device’s previews and Lock Screen permissions appropriately. Maintain backups of local journal entries or routes you want to keep; signing into Friends does not restore or synchronise your complete journal.
4A. Weather, Calendar & imported journeys
Destination weather & reminders
The app uses Apple Weather forecasts for your destination station around your expected arrival. Weather is an estimate, not a guarantee of conditions. Forecast coverage can be unavailable for a future journey. Optional rain advice and pre-arrival reminders use the latest information the app has obtained; a reminder is not proof of a new forecast or fresh arrival update. They are separate from location-based arrival alarms. Check the forecast’s update time and refresh the app when needed.
Pro Calendar tools
Optional Calendar sync and import require verified Pro access and Calendar permission. Sync copies up to 100 of your own upcoming or active journeys into a dedicated Train Track & Alarm calendar using saved timetable times. It updates during app use and is not a live running-information feed or a continuous background-sync promise. Your calendar provider may copy those events to other devices.
While sync remains enabled with access and permission, removing or cancelling a journey removes its app-created future event when processed. Past and completed entries remain. Switching sync off, losing Pro access or withdrawing permission pauses changes without deleting existing events. Deleting Friends or uninstalling the app does not remove those Calendar copies; manage them separately.
Review before importing
Calendar import scans calendars you select only when you request it. Booking import accepts selected text-based PDFs, text and calendar files or pasted text for local processing. Neither tool automatically saves a journey just because it found a match. You must review and confirm stations, dates and times against your booking before saving. Scanned, locked, ambiguous or incomplete documents may require manual entry.
Imported trains are scheduled entries without an automatically matched live rail service or verified platform. Once saved, they follow the same journal, automatic Friends sharing and optional Calendar-sync rules as other eligible journeys. The original booking document is not a ticket issued or validated by us.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
The app’s core live tracking, arrival alarms, Friends, destination weather, widgets and Live Activities are free. Optional Pro benefits in the current app include Calendar tools, journey import, travel insights, year comparisons, CSV export, extra travel-card designs and app icons. Availability follows the app version and verified App Store entitlement; a visual preview is not a purchase.
For paid features, subscriptions or one-off purchases that are available, the App Store purchase sheet shows the available product, price, billing period and applicable trial or renewal conditions before you confirm. This website does not take payments. Features and prices shown in an example are not a purchase offer.
Apple processes App Store payments. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue according to the terms shown at purchase until cancelled through your Apple account. Deleting the app, signing out or deleting a Friends account does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access for an already paid period follows the purchase terms.
For a purchase problem, use the app’s Restore purchases option where available or contact us. Apple’s Report a Problem service handles App Store refund requests. Your statutory refund, cancellation and digital-content rights remain available where applicable; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
A one-off or “lifetime” purchase, if offered, is not an automatically renewing subscription. It applies to the features and service described at purchase, subject to your statutory rights; it does not promise that a third-party railway feed or a particular operating system will exist indefinitely. No future price change alters a completed purchase retrospectively.
6. Fair use, intellectual property & your content
You may use the website and app for their intended lawful purposes, subject to the app licence and any relevant third-party usage rules. The software, branding and site content belong to us or their respective licensors. Railway data and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. These Terms do not grant a right to resell a feed or operate an unauthorised data service.
Do not attack the service, bypass authentication or rate limits, introduce malicious code, access someone else’s account, disrupt other users, or extract or redistribute information without permission. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights under an applicable open-source licence.
You retain the rights you hold in your own entries and profile information. For information you submit to our connected features, you give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to deliver and protect those features, including sharing journeys with your accepted friends. This is not permission to use private journeys in advertising. It does not give us access to local notes or GPS routes that are not uploaded.
We do not currently display advertising in the app or add advertising tools to this website. If advertising is introduced, the relevant privacy and cookie information will be updated and any consent required by law will be requested before the affected advertising tools operate.
7. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the service working with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, outages, provider changes and circumstances outside our reasonable control can interrupt it. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted railway data, notification delivery or compatibility with every device.
We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility or improvements. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement or your rights, we will give appropriate notice and any cancellation or other remedy required by law. We will not use this clause to remove a legal remedy.
Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes will be brought to your attention by an appropriate means, with advance notice where reasonably practicable. Where agreement or consent is legally required, we will obtain it. Changes do not retrospectively take away rights relating to an existing purchase or dispute.
8. Our responsibility to you
Where consumer law applies, we remain responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill and for digital content meeting applicable legal requirements. If we breach these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for disruption caused by a railway operator, incorrect information you enter, or events beyond our reasonable control, except where the law makes us responsible or our own breach contributes to the loss. The service is intended for personal travel use; we do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from business use, to the extent the law permits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or compensation for defective digital content.
9. Ending use of the service
You can stop using the website or app at any time. To delete server-held account and sharing data, use Settings → Friends account → Delete Friends account, or contact us if you cannot access the app. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account or cancel an Apple subscription. Local data, exported copies, Calendar entries and device backups are managed separately. Deleting Friends does not remove copies of schedules already stored by your calendar provider.
We may restrict connected features where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. We will act proportionately and explain the reason and available next steps where lawful and practicable. You can contact us to question a restriction. Account restrictions do not remove statutory rights or cancel any refund obligation.
10. Law, complaints & contact
English and Welsh law applies to these Terms, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a consumer claim in the courts there as well as in England and Wales. Other rights to use your local courts under applicable law are preserved.
For support, complaints, rights concerns or questions about these Terms, email really@dilligaf.fyi or write to the registered office above. Tell us which feature is involved and what outcome you are seeking. We will consider the issue and respond; this does not restrict your right to seek an independent remedy.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest continues so far as the law allows. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. A transfer of our service or business will not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
